1. Digital Ticker Subscriptions & Passes
Subscription fees for digital web tickers and live match broadcasting passes are billed on activation. Refund requests submitted prior to tournament commencement or within 24 hours of plan activation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once a tournament or match has started utilizing live broadcast tickers, pass fees are non-refundable.
2. CricoBox Hardware Units
Hardware devices damaged during transit or malfunctioning due to manufacturer defects are eligible for replacement or return within 7 business days of delivery. Returned items must include all original cables, accessories, packaging, and invoices.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
